Hello and welcome back healthy46

Very well done on being so brave, acknowledging the facts and coming back to the forum 😊

Below is a link to,our September Newbie Club where you can meet others who are new on their journey and support each other. There are also suggestions for navigating the forum in case you have forgotten how to find the Group Weigh-ins and the new Daily Diary 😊

Welcome back healthy46 and well done for having the courage to get on the scales and for posting on here again.

Sorry to hear that you've been through the mill but you're back here now and there are so many truly supportive people just a keyboard away.

Wishing you all the best.

Hi there. Welcome back! Well I have been for awhile and stayed the same. I am 236 pounds. A size a 4x top and 24 to 26 pant size. So I know where you are coming from. But we pick a day to start which I picked Monday this week. You cannot change the past but you can cure the present. You got to remember it is going to take awhile to get to our weight goal. Mine is 155 to 160. And it's not going to happen overnight. it will be one day at a time along with one scale a week. I learned that a pound a week is sufficient or a pound and a half and not 2 to 3 pounds because it will not stay off and we will be working too hard to get it off. So upward and onward. You can do this!!! And if you need help post it. As you know you will find some there for you.
