Week 1

Since I began last week I am down 3lbs.

Week one was pretty good, even though I went out to eat and had

a few treats that weren't necessarily weightloss friendly I still lowered my portions and increased my fibre intake.

Week 2 begins today.

Hi maryfunke, 3lbs is a great amount to lose, I just wish I had lost as much. Well done. That's sounds like a healthy approach to treats and eating out. Having more of the things you like, albeit in smaller portions sounds just the ticket and seems to have worked well for you.

I wish you all the best, in the coming weeks :)
