Have you found the cause to the bloating, is it a chronic thing or a one off?? My husband has it sometimes too, but that is because he is lactose intolerant and has had too much dairy products. I get it bt only on my periods.

Well done I'd love to be 10st 7. I used to think bloating was something I didnt suffer with but recently after cutting carbs dramatically then eating them again I really noticed how bloated I felt. It's carbs with me especially bread. Good luck with the weight loss.
Glad your bloated stomach week is over - that must be a relief for you! Brilliant that you're bang on where you want to be at 10 stone 7.25 pounds. Glad you didn't get a gain.
Thanks everyone it's just a menopause thing, and the research says to reduce carbs which is what I do!
I am affected by pasta, and have to have rice, spelt or kamut, and also by cornflour and generally corn.
So use rice flour instead of cornflour for thickening stuff, and tend to stick to spelt or kamut pasta, use rice quite a bit and using half an american cup as a portion, which is a half portion.
I think it's just one of those things, which is going to happen and I have to live with it every so often!
