Last week 12.9st, this week 12.10st! 😯 that's disappointing. I have been good this week and kept up with walking. I think I need to keep an eye on weekends more. Maybe it's just a blip! Hey ho onwards and upwards. I feel much better so should measure as clothes all feel good. I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

Sometimes just feeling that you are on track, upping your exercise and managing to aim towards healthy eating most of the time is as good as a weight loss. Sounds like you are heading in the right direction and hopefully if you feel that the weekends let you down a bit, you can get that sorted in the next few weeks. Well done

I know I find weekends difficult, we have no set pattern for eating and I do enjoy a couple of rum and coke(diet)!!

hey just wondered if you are close to time of month... that can sometimes account for a couple of extra lbs no matter what I've done.
Weekends are also my down fall too this is my first proper week this week ive tried so hard and done well and kind of dreading this weekend because I know what i'm like lol
Well done for getting through first week. For the last year I have relaxed a little at weekends which has got me through. It did work so I'm sticking to it. No not close to the monthlies so must be too bigger portions! Good luck and have a lovely weekend 😊
thank you I didn't do too badly quite high on carbs mostly due to wine munchies haha but managed not to go overboard and keep going as I would normally so slight victory lol hope you had a good weekend too

Sounds like you've had a good week, as you've kept up with your walking, and you've followed your plan, so it's disappointing to hear you've gained a pound, but maybe you're more toned from the walking, and I would definitely measure, as you may have lost some inches. The fact your clothes feel good is positive.
I agree with you that weekends are challenging. I'm sure you'll see a loss on the scales really soon again, just keep your resolve, and you'll reap the rewards.
Like you say, onwards and upwards, that's a good mantra to see you through!
