In need of some tips...

I've been giving a go at healthy eating and exercise and although I have slipper up every now and then, I have been doing so much better 😊 but I have found that if I am busy, I snack less and do well.

But it is those days when I relax, have less to do that I end up eating more or worse :(

How do people deal with filling those time gaps, without eating??

I suspect we're all like that :)

Try going for a walk, or clean out a cupboard, do some knitting or sewing, post on here. There's a myriad of things to do rather than eating, unfortunately, none of them are as tasty ;)

Thanks, definitely going to give cleaning ago-getting rid of some clutter is always a good thing 😊
