I've been giving a go at healthy eating and exercise and although I have slipper up every now and then, I have been doing so much better π but I have found that if I am busy, I snack less and do well.
But it is those days when I relax, have less to do that I end up eating more or worse
How do people deal with filling those time gaps, without eating??

Try going for a walk, or clean out a cupboard, do some knitting or sewing, post on here. There's a myriad of things to do rather than eating, unfortunately, none of them are as tasty
