Wow! What a fantastic achievement! I think you should look at how far you've come! I can not imagine loosing 7st! Well done!
Maybe try something different e.g different food, different exercise.
Hi Be_Somebody,
Firstly, extremely well done. Not just for the actual weight loss - but for sticking with the journey for that period.
That really indicates a real tenacity and determination.
And, those have delivered very real and measurable results.
Of course, I don't know how far that leaves you off of your "ideal" weight, but whatever that may be, you must surely feel much better moving around in your new slimmer and lighter body than you did in your body of a year ago. And that's even if your current point is only a halfway house towards a further weight loss target.
But perhaps you just need to find something to reward yourself with other than the "old" edible treats that you would have probably used in the past.
And, reward yourself you should - you've done really well.
This is very inspiring. I have almost as much still to loose and it is great to hear that someone has managed that.
I hope you can stay motivated. You should reward yourself with some non food treats as your have obviously done an amazing job.
As someone who has a long way to go let me know how you have stayed motivated so far?
What a fantastic achievement! Try mixing things up, by that I mean eat some different foods, try a different exercise. Also non-food treats are a great motivator. I found that by having a treat to look forward to for every 7 lbs lost helped me. Book a facial, have your nails done - you deserve it
Well done great achievement! Can you factor in some new excersise that you found difficult previously? Since you now weigh a lot less maybe your body needs fewer calories to function?
