Hi everyone!
Another loss to report this week. Didn't think I was going to manage it because I have been off the exercise with a dodgy knee. I'm now 11.4 1/2. Tantalisingly close to a 2 stone total loss, which I will definitely reach next week! So happy that the scales are consistently heading downwards again. I'm going to give swimming a go this week to see if that is any better for my knee. I usually don't like swimming - find it a bit monotonous and stressful if the pool is too busy or noisy, but I don't see that I have much choice!
