My Monday.

Today has been a really good day, my sister passed her driving test today so she wanted to go for a celebratory meal! I agreed with the dreaded thought of possibly going over my calories again!!! BUT I carefully chose my meal and worked out my calories before ordering to ensure I didn't go over and I even managed to resist to pinch a chip off my sister's plate. :D I was super proud of myself.

I've had all my meals for today and still got some calories left so going to have some strawberries with some Sweet Freedom ChocShot; I've got a lactose intolerance so I've used this for a while, so knowing that it's low calorie and I can have my chocolate fix too is fab. :)

Hope all you Monday weighers have had a successful week and hope you've had a good day and are ready for the week ahead!

Sounds like you have had a great day and have got yourself in the right frame of mind. Well done. I have had a busy and productive day off work making curtains and cushions, running a few errands and having a good weigh in at fat class. Here's to the week ahead xx

Well Done!

I haven't come across Sweet Freedom Choc Shots. Just looked it up, looks very versatile, is it basically a way of making hot chocolate if you can't have dairy? That could be useful for me...

Yes you can make hot chocolate, milkshake or drizzle over food! They do various flavours but I've only tasted the choc one, yup it's dairy free too!!

Okay I'm gong to look for it. I guess it's in health food shops eg Holland & Barrett?
