I can not seem to bring myself to do some exercise ????
WHY.......
I normally at least go for a walk every day even if it's 20 mins or so, but this week all I'm doing is working, chores,sleeping......
I have asked myself this question & can not find the answer,
Sometimes I don't understand my body and what it's telling me I have in 6 weeks a 10k to run,walk,crawl, !!!! And I need to get my backside into gear..... ππππ or that finish line won't appear.

I think you need to make exercise fun. Stick on your favourite music and dance for 30 minutes. You'll be surprised how hot you get and it makes you feel good π
I have to will myself everytime. My running shoes have to be placed as an obstacle for when I get up, or for when I get hone, to remind myself what I promised myself I'd do. The only advice I can give is to make it harder for you not to do exercise than to do it. Like start doing all your food shopping somewhere that's a long walk away, you'll soon have an incentive to go out
