So all my lovelies 😘😍😎

Been good with food.....

Mindset is on track.....

Sleeping really well.....

BUT !!!!!!!

I can not seem to bring myself to do some exercise ????

WHY.......

I normally at least go for a walk every day even if it's 20 mins or so, but this week all I'm doing is working, chores,sleeping......

I have asked myself this question & can not find the answer,

Sometimes I don't understand my body and what it's telling me I have in 6 weeks a 10k to run,walk,crawl, !!!! And I need to get my backside into gear..... 🏁🏁🏁🏁 or that finish line won't appear.

Believe me in the past I've gained 1/2 stone, to lose it the following day, all thanks to menopause bloating!

Think I'm m nearly done 8 years on!

Lol, been there too !! After a long, drawn out mp, my only excuse nowadays for the occasional bloating is too much wheat or booze!

Menopause it like adolescence in reverse, hell, felt like i had flu, all those flushes and broken sleep

Now all over..........I have my body back. If a little war torn from all this,pregnancy etc!

I think you need to make exercise fun. Stick on your favourite music and dance for 30 minutes. You'll be surprised how hot you get and it makes you feel good πŸ˜€

I have to will myself everytime. My running shoes have to be placed as an obstacle for when I get up, or for when I get hone, to remind myself what I promised myself I'd do. The only advice I can give is to make it harder for you not to do exercise than to do it. Like start doing all your food shopping somewhere that's a long walk away, you'll soon have an incentive to go out :)

Yep I get it completely and I am like Ruth - its just sheer determination.

Very few of us LOVE getting out and exercising every day but just remember how GOOD it feels at the end.

Perhaps you should ask yourself if this is your head trying to sabotage the 10K so you won't have to do it?

Work out that willpower muscle - you can do this!

And as I write this I have just forced on my shoes - once I have those on its much harder to convince myself not to get out the door!
