Without trying, I've lost 1 1/4lbs, amazed, why and how? I think I've been eating better tho, and been swimming 3 times in the last 2 weeks, only 15 lengths!
Now 10st 9 1/4 lbs.
I really wanted to reply to the Monday weigh in group, tough posting tho, well done to everyone, it's a tough journey, I have to remind myself that I don't know all your journeys, issues etc.
I just know we are strong and brave to tackle them, and make changes

I think you're doing brilliantly! Really well done with your weight loss and your swimming too. Sorry to hear it was tough posting today - we saw your post in the Monday weigh-in thread, and myself and Candystripe have replied back to you.
Being strong and brave to tackle stuff is really great, and making changes is very positive.
Sometimes it can help to contemplate, and feel the feelings, whatever they happen to be - there's nothing wrong with feeling your emotions. I think it's good that you've recognised that you use food as a comfort sometimes, and you're looking to change that pattern. I think it's a very common pattern - I definitely do it too. Culturally food has so many 'uses' - comfort, celebration, to name but a few.
Great that you've found fab herbal teas - any particular one that is your favourite? I discovered a new tea called "Morrocan Mint" which I enjoyed recently.
I wish you and "onwards and upwards" kind of week.
So kind, I'm very aware others are having big wobbles too, I'm here for others too, it's like a slimming club, without the 'proper' weigh in which I've never done!
I think lots don't want that here, either time or money wise
Hi Nsky, this healthy living malarkey is really great! And to think that you had a really super surprise too...your proof of the pudding that small changes make the difference!
