Yesterday's food for me was: (I have 1,720 cals to use)
BREAKFAST
Hi-fibre porridge with 1 tbsp peanut butter, splodge honey and some chia seeds - 394 cals
LUNCH
Asian-style chicken salad - 224 cals (love this one - delicious and so good calories wise)
DINNER
Chicken and Snake Bean Stirfry - 418 cals
SNACKS
Trail mix (home made) 30 gms - 150 cals
2 x quinoa and rice grain squares with avo and tomato - 148 cals
1 x boiled egg - 70 cals
Yoghurt - 170 cals
Totals cals for the day 1,710. With the extra 10 plus exercise I had almost 1,000 cals remaining - I try to not eat my exercise cals
