Hi everyone, I've been away in Blackpool, my mum surprised me and the kids with a holiday break, therefore I have missed my weigh in on Sat so no results in week 32. I will however be posting this Sat all being well with my internet, as I also seem to be experiencing problems accessing posts or even writing a post. Today is the first day I have been able to log on successfully. I've really missed reading your posts so will be catching up with you all very soon.
I hope everyone has had a great week....

The weather was nice at times, but we did get wet and yes we did enjoy ourselves but it's always nice to return home. Home sweet home and back to my routine.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for Sat's weigh in.
Nice to finally catch up the site or laptop are still playing up on me so I hope this sorts it's self out soon
Hi Gollibooboo, love your reply I hope that the scales are kind this week...we shall see won't weee...
Hi trafford1, welcome back! You're not the only one, I think I've seen others mention issues with the site and I've also noticed a few weird glitches lately, with pages not loading at first attempt or links not going through how you expect them to. A break is good though - don't want you to start taking us all for granted! But very pleased to have you back. Have a great week and wishing you lots of luck for Sat's weigh in
Hi Ruth, thank you. I thought it was just me, so glad to hear I'm not the only one having problems. I'm pleased to be back posting and reading other posts. I have missed this. It always motivates me reading other posts and reading lovely reply's such as yours welcoming me back. I am looking forward to weighing in on Sat and do hope for a good result. It's always nerve racking. I tried the 6 k and couldn't go any further than 5 k how did you get on ? did you have a go at it ?
I haven't gone further than 5k yet either! I've actually reduced as I've gone back to 3k runs for some of my runs, as I find I can do this faster, so I'm introducing it as a different type of run to do each week. I've also increased the overall number of runs - definitely doing 3 runs a week from now on, no excuses. Last week was my first week for this new resolution and hit my target big time with excellent weight loss results, so am very motivated to continue.
I've also joined realfoodieclub's 'quest' over on the couch to 5k forum with an aim of building up to 6k over the next 6 weeks, perhaps adding 0.2k to my long run each week. I'll let you know if it happens, and vice versa let me know if you manage to push beyond 5k too. Good luck!
Hi hun, think the site is playing up a bit. Keeps locking up and cutting off at times, also logging off, grrrrrr. I was in Blackpool last week for the first time in about 20 years and had a lovely time. Nice to read you and your family did too. Hope the rest of your week is as positive as your hols and your next weigh in is too. 😊
Hi ShellieL, thank you. Yeah the site doesn't allow you to read notifications or log onto your own profile which is annoying. I did think at one point it was just me. Glad to hear you had a lovely time in Blackpool as well. We stayed at Norbreck Castle and it was absolutely massive inside. This week has been full of positives and I am back in my routine so very happy to be home
There's no place like home. Have a wonderful week ShellieL
