I am currently on a diet and can someone please help me with some advice or constructive criticism if I am doings something wrong or if I am missing something. Well here goes.
I have 3 meals a day @ 10.00 @14.00 and @18.00. For breakfast and dinner I have a salad made of:
1/3 of long cucumber
medium tomato
1 branch of spring onion
small can of tuna in brine
1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
some fresh dill
salt and pepper
All is chopped up into a salad.
For lunch I have:
medium chicken breast
1/3 of long cucumber
medium tomato
1 branch of spring onion
salt, pepper, dyed parsley and garlic powder
1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil for chicken frying on a pan
Also I have 2 cups of black tea with a slice of lemon and 2 cups of coffee with a dash of milk with no sugar and lots of water.
I have also set up a workout regiment, where I do weight lifting for 45 min a day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. And on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I do cardio training for 45 min where I burn around 400 cal and fast walk 5 km.
So far I have gone from 130 kg to 107 kg with 2 month. I do not know will this diet put any health issues into my future so any constructive criticism will be well appreciated!! Thanking up front!
