I downloaded and printed all the weekly sheets - put them by my bed bought some accurate scales and record what I do every day. If I calorie count and get under my target I loose weight. If I get my target and do the exercise I loose a bit more weight. The best bit about this approach is probably this community where you can help others sharing your experiences and encourage others. Helps to keep you motivated. After a month you'll be amazed how you are doing!
