I forgot to take my sheets on holiday and didn't touch my trainers. Put on 3lbs. So I have decided to start again from week 1.
My husband is away for a week next week so I might not manage the C25K, but I can certainly get the willpower to not comfort eat. Don't like being on my own.
Here goes.

Just remind yourself of how great you will feel when you tell him how much you've lost whilst he's been away. Plan some treats for yourself. I like to do things like give myself a manicure or watch a favourite film. I find that I need to eat my meals properly by that I mean I always put a cloth on the table and lay it nicely otherwise it feels like I haven't eaten and then I snack.
Good luck.
Hi Stellar. Holidays are inevitably going to be difficult times to maintain the changes that we need to do to lose weight, it's not unusual to put a little on when you get back - hopefully you'll find this goes again pretty quickly. How about using this time on your own to plan some healthy meals for when your husband's back? There are lots of healthy soups, stews etc that you can cook in bulk and portion up in tupperware in the freezer. Also find other things to do with your hands at times when you would normally comfort eat. I keep some sewing jobs by the couch for after dinner to keep my hands busy and stop me snacking. If you cook extra (easy to do when you're cooking for one) put the extra in tupperware and freeze it straight away so you don't come back for seconds (that's often my downfall).
Thank you. Yes I am back on the meal planning. I also got my craft jobs out last night to stop me skulking to the snacks! We went to Cadbury World last week and boys bought loads chocolate! It's all sitting looking at me saying eat me! 😂
