Jogging, workout DVD's so hopefully i'll see a larger accumulative lose next week.
My cheat days are Monday so I am going to indulge a little.

Hi Mary, congrats on maintaining your weight this week and increasing your exercise too. I think there is something in that idea, that the hard work accumulates, as I stayed the same last week, but managed to lose 2lb this week, and I do seem to alternate like this a lot. Maybe it's to do with other things like water retention, sensitivity of scales etc. So just keep doing what you know is working, as you're definitely making good progress overall.
