Happy to say I'm done with week 2 and have lose 2.2lb by cutting out rice and bread this week I also step up on my exercise. Still never complete 5day of exercise but I'm a work in process. Not going have too much expectation for this week as I'm currently bloated.

Very well done Lacyann on your 2.2 lb loss this week that is really good to hear :-) I hate being bloated to, but don't let that stop you in your tracks you are doing really well
