Is it normal to reach a point on your weight loss journey where the thought of having to eat food that's bad for you makes you feel sick?
I don't know if I'm over-reacting or feeling a bit under the weather but I have to have a family Chinese (takeaway) later and I'm not looking forward to it. I'm actually going to eat a selection of small snacks (mugshot, yoghurt, banana) before I go so I don't end up ravenous when I eat very little.
Is this normal? has anyone else ever lost their taste for fatty foods that they used to love?
I agreed that I could have three slices of (home cooked, not takeaway) pizza on Monday evening, and when it was on my plate I just couldn't face it. and I love pizza. This is making me feel a bit down as I used to like having treats and enjoying them, I don't want that to go away forever - even though it's good for my waist, I don't want the enjoyment to drop out of food.
