I bought a pair of jeans a couple of years ago size 12 and as much as I tried every now and then to get them on I, couldn't even get them up my legs. Well, guess what! Yes... They fit me. Ok my belly fat bulges above the waist band a bit but they are on and I could do them up with ease.

Most of my adult life I was roughly 7st 7lbs so I would like to get back to that.

I weighed myself 2 weeks ago and I was 9st 4lbs and I have been doing 5:2 for 6 weeks and started FIT training this week after buying a 2-In-1 Elliptical Cross Trainer & Exercise Bike
