Well I went back to my doctors today for my 5 week weigh in . And I have lost 7kg I can't believe it he was so pleased for me . I was very pleased but my scale does not look as its moved much any way I'm gonna go with is lol x

The cheap scales we have at home are often useless and don't show you losing weight. I invested in some weight watchers ones - they are accurate and show even small changes which is really encouraging. Remember to measure yourself as well! You can loose inches but not weight when you put on muscle!
