Used to get that way, would feel like I had to much caffeine. Hated that feeling! I started using HSK (Health Sidekick) because it was a different approach to allowed calories and weight loss. I'm losing consistently and don't feel that dizzy feeling anymore. It super easy to do, worth checking out for sure. I hope this helps you, I wish you all the best!
Also has groups and forums to follow, I follow "No2Binge", tons of great ideas and recipes. I'll take advice from multiple sources if it gets me the results I want
Going on a diet shouldn't make you feel dizzy. Perhaps you have changed or cut down your food too quickly? Try swapping what you usually eat for more healthy options, swap 'white' foods for 'brown' (bread, rice etc). Cook from scratch whenever you can, rather than buy junk food.
Have you looked at the NHS 12 week plan? You might find it useful.
Make sure you are drinking enough water too.
