Do you have days where you just feel hungry on the same food you are normally satisfied on? What do you do? I keep fruit at work and try and have a drink to see if that helps. Any other tips?

Feel hungry days
How much food do you eat that's protein? Protein can help keep you full longer.
Hi wakywoo
It can be like that on days when you are exercising more or more active. I tend to drink more water or have an extra portion of veg with my Dinner to satisfy feeling hungry.
That may be it as I did do a class the night before and was at my lower end of calories.
Do you count carbs for each meal?
I am just counting calories at the moment, but generally try to eat under 150grms carbs a day.

That hunger could be thirst ? Or perhaps you need some extra iron or calcium or vitamin D in your diet.
It's tricky for sure.
I'd say variety is very important to ensure your getting all those important micro nutrients. Good luck.
I have a couple of boiled eggs or if I'm craving crunch/ carbs a couple of carrs water biscuits and try and drink more water - or if I have time I fit in a quick power walk as the exercise seems to counteract my hunger.
I am afraid I can't help - just started watching my cards this week and am enjoying it (mind you could of killed for toast and lashings of butter this morning when everyone was eating it at work) today I have eaten 185g of carbs
hope you find out what it is that is making you feel hungry and can sort it with a healthy option
