I seem to be stuck no weight loss this week and no weight gain doesn't seem fair when I have gone to bed feeling hungry most nights I need some nice low calorie meals getting a bit fed up with the ones I have been having so if anyone has any suggestions on tasty meals and snacks they would be very welcome I need a bit more variety.

Google stuff, cook yourself slim has some fab ones, I bought two books from Amazon, reasonably price at about £7 each.
Alternatively Google ideas, expensive stir fries ( by that I mean the good mixed boxes of veg), mama rice noodles are good ( dried nests of noodles), I tend to use about 3/4 of one.
Check portion sizes of rice and use half too, I find great herbal teas help with hunger in the eve too.

After lots of people recommended it I bought the Hairy Dieters cookbook. Now I don't eat meat so not all if the recipes are suitable for me, but it does have some really good ideas. I found a recipe in a magazine the other week which is delish.
Pasta shells with crayfish
Serves 4 calories per port:305
200g pasta shells
60g butter (I used Lurpak lighter to further reduce the calories)
150g crayfish
Zest and juice of 1lemon
Bunch fiat leaf parsley
Ground black pepper.
1. Cook pasta according to pack instructions. Drain.
2. Heat a large frying pan and add butter. When it foams add the crayfish and cook for 2 mins.
3. Add lemon juice and when hot add pasta, parsley, seasoning and lemon zest.
It is lovely, I've also tried it replacing the crayfish with prawns and the parsley with lettuce, watercress and other salad leaves.
Have a good look online and in magazines and recipe books.
