Right, that's it serious stuff now, 11 weeks to my holiday . I want to tone up and wear a bikini. A pound a week is achievable, a Pilates class each week feels like it's toning. Just need to practice in between for the tummy, more walking the dog and logging everything, any tips folks ? ๐

Myfitnesspal app is amazing!! Been doing the plan nearly a week and using that keeps everything logged in one place and stops the temptation of 'oh go on then!' ...good luck

My usual advice is small changes for life but that tends to be for those with more to lose, but I guess it applies to us all
Why not get a pilates or yoga DVD so you can practice most days? You could also try some resistance exercises, quite easy to do but you can really feel it the next day - again there are lots of DVD out there.

Have you looked at the NHS website pages? There is a 12 week structured plan there, and you have 11 weeks to your holiday, so you could definitely try it out and get almost to the end before your holiday!
