I've been on holiday for a week. I've been off plan and ate lots of naughty treats. I'm too scared to step on the scales and reveal the damage done. I need lots of support to get back on track.

Hello

I hope you had a lovely time, holidays are there to enjoy . I think being in this forum makes it easier to get back on track after a week of off plan. Just think if we had all started back on a healthy eating plan straight after a holiday we would all be a lot slimmer .

So go for it , you can do it, have faith in yourself

Hey. Don't slip on the slippery slope of I will get weighed next week and try and catch it back because if your anything like me you will loose focus and eat more crap. Take it on the chin. You put a few pounds on so what!! Get weighed look at the damage then and only then start damage control. Good luck x

Hi Determinedchick22,

Hope you had a lovely time on your holiday. If you want to join us for the Monday group weigh-in tomorrow, to give you extra support stepping back on those scales, then please do - you'd be very welcome, but whenever you do it, hopefully it won't be as bad as you anticipate. I gained about half a stone on my recent holiday, and thankfully it's nearly off again now. Or at least I hope so, as I've not weighed yet - tomorrow will tell...!

Be brave Determinedchick22 step on those scales tomorrow and see what they say. You need a holiday every now and then and I am sure you can get back on track and lose whatever you may have put on quite quickly. Good luck :)
