Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their support yesterday. I went to the gym after work; just half an hour strength training and that made me feel so much better.
I braved the supermarket afterwards and came home with lots of healthy things and made a pasta, mussels and tomato dish that was really delicious and bought some trout for dinner tonight.
I got up early this morning and did 24km on the bike in an hour so feeling happy about that too. I definitely think that exercise helps stable my mood which in turns stops the binge eating.
