Write down everything you eat. Download an app like myfitnesspal which will help you do this.

Joining here is a good first step. I'm following the NHS 12 week plan and I'm finding it suits me -I've lost 5kg in 3 weeks, although the weight loss will probably begin to slow down a bit now! I've also begun the NHS couch to 5k podcast routines. My biggest tip is check the size of your portions to ensure that your calorie count is correct. Good luck
