Well since completing the c25k last year I let things dwindle. Put more weight on and feel unfitter (don't think that's a word but never mind) lol

Well today is a new start. To eat healthier and to try to improve my health and fitness (including BMI)

Gonna start checking these pages out for inspiration as I tend to get bored very.easily. Variety is definitely the spice of life for me.

I'm the same, completed c25k last year and this year just let it all dwindle. I get married in October and need to get back on it now!!
