Ugh! Stayed the same this week again. Pleased I'm not gaining but frustrated that I'm stuck at this weight. Any suggestions? 🍎

I've cut down carbs and spending more calories on protein instead. Seems to have helped. Hope that helps

Hi alex7ra, think you are spot on. I'm vegetarian and know I don't eat enough protein. My diet is carb heavy. I take B12 for anaemia and know I need to pay more attention to where my calories come from and not just how many cals I consume. Thanks x

How about getting up a bit earlier and going for a little walk or some form of exercise? Might shake up your system a bit and then you can go to bed earlier so won't be able to eat then. Just an idea for you. :)

Do you weigh your food portions? It's easy to overestimate and then eat more than you think ... So frustrating to stay the same ... but better than a gain πŸ˜‰ hope you have a good week and the scales catch up 🌸

Hi Foliegirl. I try to with most foods and even drinks but maybe I'm underestimating some foods. Will tighten up on this especially at weekends. Thanks x

There is nothing worse than knowing you've been good but the scales just not being willing to show it! I feel your pain! Do you tend to eat the same foods all of the time? Try and change your foods if so, add more green veg and drink lots of water. I used to have the same meals every week and i hit a plateau until i changed it up and added more protein. Also i started using a smaller plate and found i was not hungry. Hope this helps and good luck for the next week. Stay positive! πŸ’ͺπŸ‘™πŸƒβœŒ

We all hit a plateau at points throughout the weight loss, maybe try changing up your routine so your body is shocked back into losing, also check your food diary as sometimes when we have been doing this for a long time, certain foods can creep back into our diets that we had originally stopped eating. Stay string you can get through this i got stuck for about 2 weeks a little while back and now im back on track so it can be done, Keep on the plan and you will start losing again
