I am so happy to say that at the end of 8 weeks, I have now just sneaked into the overweight category on the BMI Calculator - this means so much to me as I haven't been this light for years. Don't get me wrong, still got a way to go, but this feels like a real milestone for me.
At the end of 8 weeks I have now lost 16lbs I love plotting this on my custom made spreadsheet so have calculated that this is 8% of my body weight, so again another milestone for me.
I have put my progress down to building in at least 10,000 steps on 5 days of the week and staying within 1400cals every day except today which is always my "rest day" so to speak.
I love reading everyone's posts on here as it really does give me motivation to carry on so thank you all for that.
