Hey maintaining when your not losing is always a good thing. Have you noticed other benefits? Im doing ok i think finding new foods i dont normally eat to incorporate into my eating habits so all good. Hope you have a good week
I stayed the same this week too, but it had gone up by 2lb over the weekend, but thankfully off again by Monday weigh in!!! Feeling good this week ☀☀
