Counting calories help

Does anyone have an easy method of finding out calories? I've downloaded myfitnesspal but can't see on it where to find calories. Any other ideas? Many thanks!

When you first go into the app you should have a bit at the top that says daily allowance eaten remaining click on that and it will take you to where you can search for foods. If you still dont like it there are many other apps that do similar find one that works for you really. I rely heavily on myfitnesspal but know others use different apps. Not sure of the names though sorry. Hope you find what you are looking for

I use the page named in the post above. The one where I hit 'post' without writing the rest of it...Sometimes I go to Google and type 'flour calories' and the first hit is generally the number of calories in 100g of flour. A pain if you only used 35g. My maths is getting better daily...

You can generally find that it also gives it per 1g and you can then put in 35 or whatever. :) And Mary, you can edit your posts if you click on the little downward arrow next to the Reply and Recommend boxes.

Thank you
