I'm want to try counting calories just so I know roughly where I stand if I'm eating to many calories, my question is is there an app that can help do this and track what I eat, thank you

A lot of people use MyFitnessPal - a free app where you can check calories and log your food and exercise. Just don't take your calorie target from MFP as it's notoriously stingy. Use the NHS BMI calculator nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyw... and start off at the upper end of the range it gives you.
When I want to check calories, I just google the item.
🌸 hi. I use myfitnesspal and you can manually put in the amount of calories that you want to eat instead of what they tell you. you can add your food easily as you can scan the bar code . there is also is a place for you to put your excercise. try it first see how you go 🌸
