Well what a fortnight i,ve had. Sore throat and a cough to die for. Unable to work out and not eatng healthy as i felt crap. The amazing result is a weight gain of 4 pounds.....ta daaaah!

Oh dear, hope your feeling better at least. Hopefully when your back on form you can shift the gain, hopefully working out again will shock your body after a week of being inactive into losing. Hope it goes well

Thankyou, i have recorded some work outs from fab tv on sky and am just going to ATTEMPT the first one, how are you doing?
