AS I SAID IN AN EARLIER POST I KEPT STRICTLY TO 1400 CALORIES (OR SLIGHTLY UNDER )AND WALKES FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS THIS WEEK. WEIGHED MYSELF TODAY AND IVE GAINED 2 1/4 LB THIS WEEK,WAS SO MOTIVATED, NOW MISERABLE.

I had this problem, and discovered I was gaining as I had started eating breakfast, at breakfast time. I previously hadn't eaten breakfast for about 28 years!
It may be your body just trying to adjust to the new eating or it may be a timing thing.
Dont give up, just look at what you have changed. It may be water if you are drinking more as it takes a few weeks for your body to change to the new fluid amounts.
I gained 6lbs in my new regime had a cry, came on here and read other peoples motivational stories and started again.
stay strong.....very impressed with all the walking, I need your motivation and to get off the sofa in the evenings lol
