Soooo pleased, after staying the same weight last week i have lost albs this eek which suits me fine!

That's 11 lbs so far. Can't wait to lose that first stone, going abroad for half term on Friday 13th so it would be great to have a full stone off for then....just got to watch i don't put it all back on holiday!!!
