Really pleased to say that it's almost the end of January and I've lost 14lbs already!! Healthy eating and a little extra exercise is going really well. Now to keep up my hard work and get my target of 7 stone 7 lbs of weight loss this year which means 6 stone 7lbs left! Woop woop very pleased that my hard work has payed off

I have actually lost 15lbs when I looked properly when loading information to laptop (scale data goes onto laptop) but to celebrate I treated myself to two slices of choc spread on toast. Naughty me but I think I deserve it x
