This week was really bad , it was festival week had dinner outside , had lot of oily foods and snax though I held on to1400 and 2200 only for a day .i did not loose weight this week but lost 3/4 of an inch in my waist . Trying to get back on track please help

I understand, I drank too many beers yesterday and I am doing more exercise today to try to burn the extra calories. Don't assume you are off track, just continue with the plan.
Focus on your calories and exercise you didnt gain so thats great, we all have setbacks learn from them and tomorrow is a new day
