Christmas chocolate gone. No need for any more sweets in the house. I can and I will do this. Good luck to all of you out there. The one thing that makes this easier is knowing I`m not the only one in this boat.

My downfall is keeping sweets in the house as my willpower is strong in some areas of life,but very limited in the sweet department,I too am not going to store them for people who may visit ,which is my big excuse as I always am the visitor to the tin

I do the same but no more. 2015 I will be fitter and slimmer.

It's ok to have chocolate. Just eat dark chocolate. Once in a while is ok
