Wk 2 today rushed round to Tesco to weigh myself at 6.30 a.m. Didn't have change for machine so I bought 2 fresh cream scones for my dad who is having a small operation today, felt the need to explain this to lady on the till (who didn't believe me anyway).

Finally jumped on scales and have lost 1 measly pound !! Hey ho better than putting on 😏 But a pound ......
