So, I weighed in yesterday on week 5 of my healthy eating plan and pleased to say I've now lost a total of 17lbs against my target of 65lbs. I think my initial big losses are due to give way to 1-2lbs per week and that feels sensible (if less exciting). I'm breaking that 65 into a number of smaller goals to make it more achievable.
The main reason for the post is to say thanks to everyone who posts on here, you've kept me motivated every day by sharing you journeys, challenges and tips for success. I've had a couple of temptations and logging in here has been really useful for keeping me on track.
Keep up the good work everyone - one day at time and we'll get there together.
