there are quite a few workout videos that focus on problem areas such as bums and tums and thighs.
Jillian michaels and bob harper have some great focus area workouts.
Unfortunately theres not really a quick fix but try googling and find a workout that works for you
You need a multi-pronged attack of diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. Eat right. Cut down on alcohol and ditch junk food. Incorporate lots of fruit, veg, pulses, eggs, fish, nuts, olive oil, a little lean meat and low fat dairy. A daily multivitamin and fish oil capsule will also ensure you don’t miss any vital nutrients. Try to find an exercise that you enjoy. Light, steady workouts are useful, but make sure you get really puffed out at least a couple of times a week.

I don't drink alot of alcohol, if at all, and I do eat quite alot of what you suggested, but I eat in large portions. Would that make a difference in healthy eating?
Can you also recommend a really good multivitamin? Not one that is caked in talc etc.

I have lost lots of weight from my legs, intensity bursts on exercise bike, toned my legs and got rid of the fat. good luck.
My tum and belly have recently started toning. I go spinning and do the les mils body combat and body pump exercises when i can. also makes me feel good!
