Week 2

Wasn't expecting anything great when I stepped on the scales this morning as it's been a bit of a wobbly week. Exercise wise it has been good, 2 interval and 2 moderate intensity exercise bike sessions but calorie wise certainly hadn't been good, I've avaraged 16-1700 calories. So I was absolutely amazed and delighted to learn I've lost 600g (1.1/3lb).

So the plan for next week is to do the same exercise and calorie wise and just see what happens.

Hope everyone has had a good week.
