I evaluated my first week...i didn't loose any weight but i feel good that i am starting to eat the food that's best for me...
Week 2 starts today and i just had a run with couch to 5k podcast...and i loved it... hope this week...i get a pound off me... calorie intake...recalculating...

Its all about making small changes towards your goal. I started eating healthy 6 months ago - I was just adding a block of chocolate aty the end of the day!
Seriously my food was really healthy I just had that enormous calroie rush at the end which I have no mostly stopped.
