Argh! Tight abs: Check! Toned thighs: Check! Weight loss: Zip, zilch, zero!

Don't panic. Head down. Keep going. It isn't over till it is over.

Come on week 8! I want those new trousers before Christmas!

Totally sympathise, this has been week one for me and have only lost 200g. Not happy. Fingers crossed for a better result next week.

Never forget non scale victories.....you could always be losing inches, especially if you say your abs and thighs are point. I bet your clothes are fitting better right!!!!

Keep doing what you're doing, and don't be discouraged!

You're losing fat but developing muscle which is denser. Because of that you won't weigh less but you'll be slimmer and more toned. Well done you. X.
