Excellent - keep up the good work. Easter is somewhat challenging;)

Thanks, Easter certainly is challenging, I didn't want to ruin what I had taken off the week before. Indulged a bit but stayed in control. I think if you deprive yourself it feels as if you have missed out.

Well done on the loss. Easter came at the end of my 1st week (bad planning) but having survived should be able to deal with the following weeks...hopefully!

I find taking it a day at a time helps, and planning what I am going to eat. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Good news especially over Easter. Just 2lbs more and you will have lost half a stone.

Thanks first time I have ever not put weight on at Easter. I'll aim for my half stone next week.

I find keeping positive is very important and I'm enjoying showing family and friends that I do have the willpower after all. :)

Wow that's brilliant, well done!! Easter was a challenge for me too, why do I love chocolate so much?! Lol! Your hard work and dedication is paying off though, you're doing great! Good luck for week 3!! 🌸

That must have taken a lot of determination to stay focused but you reaped the rewards- yea!

Hi yes it did take determination, I didn't feel I went without but I made choices of what I thought was ok & not indulging in food I didn't think was worth it. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Thats the key thing isn't it-being able to change your mindset from feeling that you are missing out on something you want to it becoming more of a treat not to have it but it feels good! Hope to see your sucess on here :)
