Hello. I haven't written on many of these before, but I need some motivation! I weigh more now than I ever have, and although I am not really overweight, I feel really fat and flabby. I went to the gym today, and I struggled to push through the barrier! Any tips on how to really push yourself?
Thanks so much! Emily

If you're not overweight, then don't aim to significantly reduce weight. Underweight can be a significant health problem and can go hand in hand with poor nutrition.
If you want to tone up your muscles, then exercise and increased physical activity would be the way to go for that.
My body fat percentage is not too high. I am aiming for 8stone ish as that would give me a BMI of around 20 and I would have much less fat. I was 8 stone 2 a year ago, and I was much happier and had a lot more confidence - miss that!

Emily can you get a personal trainer at the gym to help you. I noticed that some are great, they reall go out of their way to give you the support and the push . If you oxfordshire give me a shout. I am looking for a buddy to go out walking.
