Hi every one...

Just finishing week 5 !!! 7lbs lost...hoorah and feeling very happy with myself,

This has been a real eye opener for me... I have done so many diets before and this one is simple....everything in moderation.

What your thoughts....

Well done for losing 7 lbs. I have nearly completed week 3 and have lost nearly 4 lbs. I agree about everything in moderation as it is about getting into the habit of eating healthily but still having treats like chocolate, biscuits and crisps etc, just not eating too much of the treats. I am also exercising in moderation - something I can maintain long term.
