from the 28th July I was weighed by the weight management at the hospital I weighed in at 16.01 stone and since I've weighed myself with my new digital scales I weighed at 15.09 stone

Wow! Well done! I have had a week or so off, but back to the regime on Monday! Will start again! With more exercise this time, and more mojo as they say! Keep up the good work!

well done, watch weighing on two dif scales tho, I go weight watchers and see a nurse once a fortnight and weigh at home, they never tell me the same, I only judge the same vs the same eg ww against ww. but keep up the good work and i'm sure you'll soon feel good no matter which scale you are on!
