I have had an overeating problem as long as I can remember. Have been to Weightwatchers a lot - sometimes lost quite a bit but never got to an ideal weight and stayed there.
I feel horrible - am considered obese on here ( have about 2 and a half stone to lose and am looking for help and inspiration to get me going please?!

Hi Glyn55, good to see you're having another go - well done! The most important thing in this battle with food / overeating problem (something I've struggled with for most of my life!) is to make small sustainable changes which you can keep up. I've lost 10st to date, but this final 2st is by far the hardest to shift. I've nearly finished C25K (am on Wk8). Just be encouraged... you're not alone is this battle. Keep up the good work. Get a good support system around you, and make sure you have some fun along the way too!
